Bolton Market Update June 2021 

Bolton still offers opportunities for first-time buyers, though admittedly, they are relatively few.  Notably, however, 10 of the 11 homes that sold in June were purchased for more than the asking price. The market is evolving quickly and both buyers and sellers have to be nimble to navigate it successfully.

In short, homes are selling fast, and for premium prices.  If you're a buyer, you'll need to be positioned to move decisively to snag the home you want.  If you're a seller, there's no better time to list than now.
