The market is changing so quickly so that monthly market reports may not even capture its cadence.
We'll likely see the fruits of June's buyer activity in the summer months to come, as pending sales turn into closings. There were 12 sales but there are 17 under contract. Undoubtedly, that number would be higher if only there were more homes on offer.
In general, homes in Harvard are selling fast, and for premium prices. If you're a buyer, you'll need to be prepared to move quickly and decisively to snag the home you want. If you're a seller, there's no better time to list than now.
