After a six-month hiatus, I'm back with a list of this week's most intriguing country homes and estates within reasonable commuting distance of Boston. It's been a while. . .why? Because for the last several months, these homes have been flying off the market before I could write about them. Don't get me wrong: conditions still favor sellers over buyers but we're starting to see a slight shift in the balance of power, such that buyers at least have a fighting chance to get into these properties before they disappear. This week's gems include homes, farms, and waterfront properties from Berlin, Dunstable, Lincoln, Sherborn, and towns in between.
